While many different coffees can work as espresso, we spent time tailoring the Heights blend to be complemented by the brewing process, to make sure it pairs well with milk-based drinks such as lattes or cappuccinos, all while not being overly bitter. The result is a rich coffee with a lingering taste similar to a dark chocolate peanut butter cup. While it’s well suited for espresso, it’s incredibly enjoyable as a drip or French press brew as well!
We call this blend Heights in reference to our first-ever roasting home located on Woodward Heights in Ferndale, MI.
